Programs for every learner.
We participate in the Beafort Delta Education Council’s E-Learning program, through which high school student take academic courses over videoconference.
Our E-Learning classroom is equipped with the latest videoconferencing technology. Together with schools in Tuktoyaktuk, Fort McPherson, Aklavik and other communities, we connect to a classroom at East Three Secondary School in Inuvik where teachers trained in distance learning lead engaging and interactive classes.
E-learning monitors in each of the communities actively participate in class, liaise with teachers and support students.
Career & Technology Studies (CTS)
Career & Technology Studies allow students a chance to explore trades during their high school education, including carpentry, small engine repair, culinary arts, hairstyling and photography.
Every year, our students participate in the Skills Canada competition, regularly bringing home multiple medals.
